Clincase is actively looking for a e-clinical Solutions Specialist to analyze, understand, and reproduce problems reported by customers in order to propose fixes, and provide answers to short-term roadblocks. The e-clinical Solutions Specialist also assists customers by providing demonstrations and training sessions of Clincase’s systems. For this position, you will be embedded within the Product Development team, understanding the upcoming features, contributing to product solutions. Clincase products and services that best meet their needs.  

DUTIES

  • Identify customer’s product and service problems through tools like Zendesk.
  • Resolve customer’s product and service problems by working with Product Owners, Developers, and Testers to analyze, understand, and reproduce issues.
  • Achieve a wide understanding of Clincase’s systems and their functionalities to demonstrate, and help clients use them.
  • Perform demonstration sessions and training on Clincase’s systems to end-users.
  • Support the Product Team, uncovering the client’s needs, challenges, and desired results.
  • Participate in daily meetings with the Product Team to stay on top of upcoming launches and inform customers about the expected news.
  • Recommend our products or services that will best meet client’s needs.
  • Create documents and diagrams for customers that help explains our software and solutions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Completed scientific studies or medical-documentary training with experience of work in the field of clinical research
  • Degree in computer science, software engineering with experience in highly regulated development environment
  • Practical experience with electronic data acquisition (EDC systems) and data management
  • Strong ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Independent, proactive and detail-oriented way of working
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED

  • Understanding log messages/ files
  • Understanding XML

HIGHLY-DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED 

  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and CFR Part 11 compliance

  • Experience working Agile.

  • Assist with identifying root causes of non-conformances, support investigations and assist in implementing corrective action

  • Reviewing and updating controlled documents.
  • Support internal audits and co-ordinate the timely closure of all audit actions
  • Analyse trends in non-conformance & customer feedback data to identify and recommend areas for improvement
  • Assist in producing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new & existing processes
  • Communicate the release of SOPs and provide training to ensure compliance

Clincase is looking for an organized and passionate Part time People and Culture Manager (Contract) to join our wonderful international People and Culture team in Germany and Singapore.  With your passion for people and your experience, you will support the team and employees through our whole lifecycle, always ensuring that all out HR processes run smoothly.  You will be report to our COO and you will be part of an international team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design onboarding, learning and development programs closely with the leadership team and managers for employees
  • Support and advise managers in terms of employees’ performance or help them in putting in place performance improvement plans
  • Identify any gaps in HR processes/systems and collaborate with relevant stakeholders internally
  • Collaborate proactively with the global team to manage and improve HR workflows that support the team and the wider business
  • Maintain up to date employee HRIS records ensuring the data is regularly audited – take ownership and be accountable for data.  Use data to create ad hoc reports for our  management team.
  • Be the first point of contact for admin requested such as signing contracts, vacation, sick leave, parental leave

THE CANDIDATE

  • You are a passionate People Manager with at least 3+ years experience
  • You have a hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skills
  • You have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • Experience with BambooHR is a plus
