YOUR PROFILE

  • You hold a university degree in a business and/or IT subject
  • You have 5-6 years of Product Management experience in enterprise software

  • Self-driven and fast learner, but also a true product person that is able to lead and motivate
  • Deep interest in web and mobile technologies

ABOUT THE JOB

The goal of our team is to use our software to help clients run their clinical trials. We work in pairs of technical experts and project managers to gather business requirements and design solutions. Clincase’s software is a highly configurable solution that can be customized using simple scripts. As a result, it is sometimes challenging for our clients to create their own customized configurations. We are looking for a member of our team that will become an expert in the solution, and help our clients use our software to meet their varied and unique clinical trial needs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the customer by consulting them on how to use and implement Clincase software for their unique clinical trial needs
  • Gather and document technical specifications from customers
  • Configure and implement Clincase software for unique clinical trials
  • Engage with the client regularly to gather feedback about the software, and convey the feedback to product development
  • Provide services such as:
    • Customer support through 3rd level help desk
    • Technical trainings on Clincase software for pro-users

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent in English spoken and written

What are your qualifications?

  • Prioritize, keep a clean and concise backlog
  • Lead backlog refinement sessions with development team and stakeholders
  • Writing user stories in order to meet specified features
  • Cooperate with Head of Product Manager in order to define product strategy & roadmap
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, and the software engineers for delivering features on time
  • Identify and specify features for product development
  • Partner closely with the Design team to define and build a high-class user experience on web and mobile
  • Work closely with other departments to process user feedback and identify user needs
  • Identify customer demand by listening to their needs, and thinking out of the box to develop new product features in order to enhance our products
  • Help us to consistently make our product more successful, usable, and sticky

YOUR PROFILE

  • You hold a university degree in a business and/or IT subject
  • You have 2-3 years of Product Analysis experience
  • You enjoy and feel comfortable working closely with Software Engineers, and Product Designers
  • Self-driven and fast learner, but also a true product person that is able to lead and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Problem solver, result-oriented personality
  • Quality-oriented and detail-focused
  • Very good spoken and written English – German language is a clear plus
  • Experience with AGILE methodologies is an advantage
  • Knowledge on pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
