About the Role

Clincase is actively looking for Working Student(s) – 1st-Level-Support (M/F/D) to join our operations team. The goal of our operations team is to use our software to help our clients run their clinical trials. Your role will be responsible for managing the first contact with Customers, redirecting it as appropriate to the responsible person. You will work closely with the Project Managers and e-Clinical Specialist to provide the best support to our customers. This role also gives you the opportunity to learn and grow your skills.

What will you do with us?

You are invited to join us in our Operations team. In this team, we focus on supporting customers with their clinical trial data management software needs. We primarily support on service implementation such as technical trainings for our customers, electronic case report form (eCRF) implementation, server installations, study conduct, and decommissioning activities.

 

  • You will be responsible for the first contact with the customer by answering the phone and new request tickets on the support platform.
  • You will be responsible for performing operational checks on software installation and user management on the software server.
  • You will support us in our service implementation for our clients. Your tasks will include following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to fill out documents, burn clinical trial data backups for server installations, and server decommissioning activities. Preparation of training certificates and publishing release documentation.
  • You will also support the team in creating and improving internal documentation for processes, as well as archiving such documentation.

We are hiring! PRODUCT DESIGNER (m/f)

We are looking for a Product Designer to create delightful end-to-end user experiences for our core Electronic Data Capture (EDC) software, which is used in clinical trials every day. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively in redesigning our largest, most popular product. You will work closely with stakeholders, and our talented Product, Engineering, and Copywriting team to create solutions that our clients and users will love.

Designers at Clincase play an important role for the company, translating business requirements into thoughtful interfaces, envisioning new features, improving existing features, and working across disciplines and products to establish and maintain design guidelines.

Profile (competencies, qualifications)

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in screen-based design methods and processes
  • Passion for user experience and strong design experience
  • Knowledge of user interface and interaction design
  • Understanding of web and mobile technologies
  • Strong competence with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch software, and prototyping tools.
  • A desire to learn and grow in a multi-disciplinary environment

Responsibilities

WE ARE HIRING! Software Test Engineer (M/F)

Clincase is actively looking for a software test engineer to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.

DUTIES

  • Design test cases for newly developed functionality
  • Provide feedback to developers about automated testing strategies, design fixes, and patches
  • Perform system load tests for new products
  • Manage and train apprentices, junior testers, and new developers
  • Work with other quality technicians to document the quality processes
  • Manage testing projects during each phase, according to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Make improvements to functionality, design, and usability of new products.

Required Experience and Qualifications 

  • 3 year(s) experience as a Software Tester.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, mobile testing, big data testing, cross platform testing, component testing, security testing, performance testing, UI/UX testing, A/B testing.
  • TMap, ISEB, ISTQB certification is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest testing developments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English language.
  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant fields.

Our biggest challenges are firstly, to balance the customization requests of clients with our vision of a simple and scalable product. Secondly, to advocate for the customer, and project manage a variety of internal stakeholders like product owners, software developers, and designers to facilitate alignment in the project’s vision and ensure timely delivery.
